Thank you for registering for Eupsychia's weekend Integrative Breathwork workshop. We have received your deposit or full payment. Any balances owed are due on-site at registration between 6:30-7:15 pm on Friday evening, February 13th. I will also send confirmation to you by email. If you do not receive your email confirmation within 2 weeks of the workshop, please contact me (Brenda). Thanks!

HOW TO PREPARE:

For Saturday, the "breathwork" day, please bring enough bedding (with pillow) to be comfortable lying on the floor for 2 hours. Bring a blanket to cover up in case your body temperature drops during the breathwork session (this is normal). Eupsychia provides enough bedding to those who will be flying in. Please do not use any bedding or pillows from your hotel room.

Dress casually every day. Loose, comfortable clothing, like sweats, are most appropriate for breathwork sessions on Saturday. Don't wear anything that binds you around the middle or constricts your breathing in any way. If you are becoming a regular "breather" you might enjoy purchasing a backjack (or stadium chair) for comfort while "sitting." This is entirely optional, however.

Eupsychia provides basic art supplies like paper, craypas, water color paints and pastels for the mandala art work. If you have favorite art supplies, you are welcome to bring them... nothing too messy, though, please (especially no oil-based paints).

Well, if you've "breathed" with us before, welcome back! If you've not been with us before, we welcome you and hope your experience is an enlightening one. Thank you for choosing to join us. CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT

If you are requesting continuing education credit, be sure and sign in at the registration desk and complete the evaluation form before leaving. The cost is $15.00 for a CEU certificate or certificate of attendance. Certificates will be mailed within 3 weeks of the workshop's close to those who have signed in.

Eupsychia is certified to provide credit to Substance Abuse Counselors (PN 0331-89, Exp 8/2009), Social Workers (CS 1260, Exp 6/2009), Psychologists, Marriage and Family Therapists (PN 318 Exp 5/2009) and Licensed Professional Counselors (PN #665, Exp 7/2009) and Psychologists in Texas and states that have reciprocity with Texas. Additionally, Eupsychia's work is usually accepted by Massage and other Alternative Therapies licensing boards; however, it is your responsibility to check with your boards in your state to make sure reciprocity is accepted.
